Organic food at the Sheepdrove Conference Centre

Breakfast

For those who would like to enjoy breakfast at the conference centre, the following are available:

'Breakfast on the Run' (£7.95) - a buffet-style cooked breakfast that comprises our own organic bacon and sausages, home made rolls, organic scrambled egg and a variety of sweet muffins
 
Bacon Rolls (£3.95) - home made bread rolls with our own bacon (we could do sausage rolls or scrambled egg rolls too)
 
Muffins (£1.50) - a variety of sweet muffins (eg pear & almond, banana & walnut etc.)

Breakfast will have to be paid for individually.

Three Course Organic Lunch - included in the conference fee

Here is a selection of the dishes currently served at the Centre. Everything is seasonal, so whatever is most abundant in the garden at a particular time of year will be used as an ingredient:

Chicken Cassoulet with seasonal vegetables

Lamb tagine with apricots

Pork, apple & cheese crumble
