Tiffany Kay and Kate Trafford formed Go Beyond NLP to assist individuals and businesses in taking their personal and professional development to the next level offering leading edge management and personal development.  Their underlying premise is to work with business leaders and other individuals to assist them in becoming more of who they are… really!

Go Beyond NLP is now combining trance with NLP and coaching techniques. Trance has been used for many years with great success in sport and can equally be used to create “peak performance states” in business contexts.  Their workshops are based on the premise and metaphor that we have a conscious mind (that which we are aware of in the current moment) and an unconscious mind (everything else that is around us but that we are not consciously aware of).  According to Milton Erickson, the unconscious mind is the storehouse of all of our memories, experiences, abilities and potential. By assisting delegates in accessing and harnessing the power of this resource, we aim to help them improve productivity and performance whilst creating and nurturing states of wellbeing.

Kate Trafford and Tiffany Kay are Certified NLP Trainers and Ericksonian Master Hypnotherapists, and use a technique called “double induction” that directly influences both the conscious and unconscious minds in a way that sets delegates up for total success.  Drawing on an eclectic blend of advanced coaching techniques, hypnotherapy and NLP, we will present leading edge techniques to assist delegates in accessing and working directly with their unconscious mind, that unseen force that knows exactly how to solve problems and achieve unlimited success with ease.
 
Please Note: The 'double induction' that will be offered at Body, Brain and Business is run as an enjoyable and highly interactive experience.  However, Ericksonian Hypnosis is totally permission-based.  Therefore all delegates will be given guidance both to assist them in fully participating in the trance experiences OR, if they prefer, to stay in normal conscious state and simply listen and observe.
