Practice Master Class
– a high level 3 day course for Law Firm Partners
This intensive course is designed for recently made up Partners who want to capitalise on the opportunities that partnership offers, building business for the firm and building a personal 'brand' with which to make their mark.
The course is led by Peter Rouse and Yolanda Dolling who share their senior level experiences of legal business from inside and outside the profession.
Delegates will obtain first-hand insights and develop their own understanding of key principles through practical exercises and debate.
Delegates will also:
- Gain greater personal and professional understanding and confidence
- Be better able to make a contribution to their partnership and business
- Learn how to win and develop new client work
- Discover ways to forge stronger relationships inside and outside the firm

- 'Piching to Win' - a workshop run by Europe's leading pitch and presentation specialists Grant Pearson Brown
- The firm as a business – financial management, ownership and reward, key interdependencies
- Values – aligning values with practice and practice management
- Winning new business – building an individual and a firm ‘brand’; selling yourself and your firm effectively
- Client development – from transaction based business to client ‘partnerships’
- Business planning techniques and models
Limited to a maximum of 12 delegates
The course will run from a Friday to a Sunday so as to minimise impact on practice commitments.
