The IMAGE model

We have defined five elemental capacities that form our IMAGE learning model. These can be developed to enhance performance and enjoyment - providing structure without setting standards, creating space not limitations.
intentionality
the power of our originating mind to create and manifest the change we wish to be and see in our world.
Intention is the stuff of imagination and vision, unfettered visualisation and free formation of ideas and aspirations. Though intentionality may eventually find its expression in language, its power lies in what language can not fully express. What we believe in is what we create.
mutuality
the recognition of our interdependence and the sincere pursuit of mutual interests in every relationship.
Our interdependence is the means by which we satisfy our most basic need to belong while also being an inescapable consequence of our cultural evolution. Acknowledging interdependence allows us to give to and receive from each other in a mutual exchange. Pursuit of mutual interest is the surest way to sustain any relationship.
authenticity
the natural authority in our words and actions when we are true to our purpose and deliver what we promise.
Find meaning and purpose and the rest will follow, naturally. Being authentic is our most natural state though often contrary to our conditioning. What is authentic for each of us is something only we can know and stay true to. Authenticity helps us choose to what we should devote our energy and in making that choice we invest what we do with meaning and live 'on purpose'. We actively engage in the making of meaning when we choose authenticity; each begets the other.
growth
the constant and conscious process of learning and integration through experience in pursuit of authenticity and excellence.
Growth can be a conscious process in which we challenge ourselves in such a way as to become more complex, building our sense of self and self-worth while at the same time gaining greater understanding of our interdependence with others and with our environment. Growth keeps us fresh, invoking our natural creativity and enthusiasm. Growth is the surest way to experience fulfilment.
energy
the invisible force that we bring to our life and work through our cognitive, emotional and physical powers.
Energy is our life force and its means of expression. Energy can flow or be constricted; it can be expansive and positive, or restrictive and negative. Fear and self-protection lead to contraction; trust and confidence lead to expansion.
