Once Advizory has acknowledged your booking by email there shall be a contract between us to which these terms apply.

The conference fee for each delegate will include one place at the conference, refreshments, lunches and documentation. The fee does not include travel to or from the conference venue or any accommodation costs incurred. Deposits paid are non-refundable.

A substitute delegate may be sent in your place if you cannot attend for whatever reason provided details of the person are submitted to us by email to conference@advizory.com

All participants will be notified of any such changes through the Advizory web site and where possible by email. If the conference is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of Advizory, your booking will be transferred to a new date for the event and these terms will apply to all transferred bookings.

In the event that this function is cancelled by Advizory for any reason within the control of Advizory, a full refund of the conference fees (other than deposits) paid will be paid to you within 9 weeks, with no additional liability whatsoever to Advizory or any third parties affiliated with the conference or Advizory in any capacity.

Any express or implied waiver to perform any obligations under these terms will not prevent the subsequent enforcement of them. A person who is not a party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by English law and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
