Yolanda's primary focus is in helping social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations become more sustainable, whether through collaboration, a shift in focus, or improved team working. She has worked on a number of partnership and collaborative projects for Reed Elsevier and held a Board level position as head of international business development for a Lexis Nexis company, and is currently developing training courses for clinicians and lawyers for a not-for-profit company.
She has worked in the legal, publishing, health and IT sectors and has recently completed an MSc in Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology, which provides a useful foundation to business practice in finding new ways to work together effectively and happily for a more sustainable future.
