Peter Rouse
Throughout a 30 year professional career, including 10 years building a major international consulting business from scratch, Peter has found ways to express his passion for personal and organisational development, innovation and transformation. Now author of a book published in January 2007 by the American Bar Association entitled 'Every Relationship Matters' , Peter's renowned creativity and energy are now directed to promoting the benefits of self-management for individuals and in organisations.
On 12 May 2008 Peter joined Barristers' Chambers 7 Bedford Row as Chief Executive.
Yolanda Dolling
Yolanda's primary focus is in helping social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations become more sustainable, whether through collaboration, a shift in focus, or improved team working. She has worked on a number of partnership and collaborative projects for Reed Elsevier and held a Board level position as head of international business development for a Lexis Nexis company, and is currently developing training courses for clinicians and lawyers for a not-for-profit company.
She has worked in the legal, publishing, health and IT sectors and has recently completed an MSc in Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology, which provides a useful foundation to business practice in finding new ways to work together effectively and happily for a more sustainable future.

Tiffany Kay
As a fully qualified and proven practitioner of personal and organisational development, Tiffany has worked as a consultant for both commercial clients and legal organisations. Judith Mills
Judith Mills is a Management Consultant for people who want to develop in their current work or who want to do something new.
