Peter Rouse

Throughout a 30 year professional career, including 10 years building a major international consulting business from scratch, Peter has found ways to express his passion for personal and organisational development, innovation and transformation. Now author of a book published in January 2007 by the American Bar Association entitled 'Every Relationship Matters' , Peter's renowned creativity and energy are now directed to promoting the benefits of self-management for individuals and in organisations. 
On 12 May 2008 Peter joined Barristers' Chambers 7 Bedford Row as Chief Executive.

Yolanda Dolling

Yolanda works with organisations to improve operations through innovation and collaboration, using a whole systems approach. She has worked on a number of partnership and collaborative projects for Reed Elsevier and held a Board level position as head of international business development for a Lexis Nexis company, a position she held until 2004.  She also won several prestigious publishing awards for innovative new products.

In the last three years, Yolanda has worked in the legal, publishing, health and It sectors.  Her primary focus is in helping businesses develop successful partnerships through incorporating shared values into clear action plans that also bring purpose and satisfaction into the workplace.  She is studying for a masters degree in consciousness and transpersonal psychology and is currently organising the Body and Brain in Business Conference on September 16th, which introduces integral practices to help people reduce stress and improve performance at work.

Neil Crofts
